Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all games published by Drox Games, a brand of Drox Company LTDA (Brazil), including Combrix: Hexa Blocks Puzzle, Blocks Jewel Puzzle: Gemblox and Tile Match 3: Tribuzz ("the Games").

1. Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any account. We do not collect personal information ourselves.

The Games store your best score, settings (sound, language) and tutorial progress only on your device. This data is not sent to us and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.

2. Advertising

The Games are free and show ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system, approximate location (country/region) and interactions with ads.

Depending on your region, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from the Game. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

3. Usage analytics

To understand how the Games are played and to improve them (for example, which levels are too hard or how many players come back the next day), the Games use Google Analytics for Firebase. It collects app usage events (such as game started, level completed, game over and ads watched), an app instance identifier, the advertising ID, device model, operating system and approximate location (country/region). We do not send your name, email or any content you create.

Analytics only starts after the consent step shown when the Game opens (where required in your region). We see these data only as aggregated reports. Learn more: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

4. How information is used

Information processed by Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase is used to show ads, limit how often ads appear, prevent fraud, measure ad performance and improve the Games. We receive only aggregated, non-identifying reports (for example, number of ads shown or players per day).

5. Children

The Games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

6. Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)

You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of data related to you, and you may withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time. Since we do not store personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data are handled through Google's tools linked above; we will help you with any request sent to us.

7. Security

Game data stays on your device. Communication with ad and analytics services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
